Payment Information: Billing details processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Usage Data: How you interact with DiamondOS (pages visited, features used) to improve the platform.

To send notifications about your leagues, games, and account

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. League information (team names, scores, standings) is visible to other members of your league. We may share data with:

Service Providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (hosting), Vercel (infrastructure)
Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (HTTPS), secure authentication, and role-based access controls. Your data is stored in secure, SOC 2 compliant infrastructure.

5. Children's Privacy

DiamondOS is used by youth leagues. Player accounts for minors must be created by a parent or league administrator. We comply with COPPA requirements and do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.

You may request to access, update, or delete your personal data at any time by contacting us. League commissioners can manage data for their league members.

Children's Privacy

DiamondOS is designed for youth sports leagues. Some users of our platform may be under 18 years old, including children under 13. We take children's privacy seriously and comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).

No collection without parental consent: We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.
Responsibility of league administrators: League commissioners and team managers are responsible for obtaining appropriate parental or guardian consent before adding minor players to the DiamondOS platform.
Parental access and control: Parents and guardians may view, modify, or request deletion of their child's information through the parent dashboard or by contacting us directly.
Minimal data collection: We collect only information necessary for league operations: player name, age, position, team assignment, and game statistics. We do not collect unnecessary personal data from minor players.
No sale of children's data: We do not sell, rent, or share children's personal information with third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Contact us: If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13 without proper parental consent, please contact us immediately at support@diamond-os.com. We will promptly review and delete such information as required.
